At many organizations, the handoff between recruitment and HR is still done manually. The recruiter adds a candidate to Recruitee. Then, the data is re-entered into AFAS, contract information is added, and only then can the onboarding process begin. This takes time and increases the risk of errors.
With the Recruitee x AFAS integration, you can fully automate this step. As soon as a candidate is marked as “Hired,” the agreed-upon information is automatically forwarded to AFAS. HR can move forward immediately, without any additional administrative work.
